I will cater programs to your goals. I will also provide nutrition advice based on your preferences and access to equipment. This is about you, and the services will be tailored to fit you and not everyone else. No cookie cutter programs or copying and pasting from somewhere else.

 

Flexibility.

I’m not talking about stretching, though flexibility and mobility are important! I’m talking about your workouts and nutrition advice. I’ll work with you to find out what works best for you.

Realistic Expectations.

I’ve been on this road myself, so I will help you to create realistic and achievable goals. You won’t get any 30-day fad challenges from me. It’s about changing behaviors and creating sustainable habits. Our motto together will be: You can’t mess this up.

 

Access to me.

I will be there for you when you need me. Time zones may limit immediate access, but you will always hear back from me in 48 hours or less via text, email, DM, or however you communicate with me. Ask your questions, raise your concerns, you will be heard.
